It has been a few years since we have gone to see the lights on Temple Square. Doug and I took Zac over the fall to see the Salt Lake Temple and Zac said several times while pointing to the Temple "Zachary's Temple". He has loved looking at Christmas lights this year and we thought it would be fun to show him "Zachary's Temple" with the beautiful lights. We went with my sister Lisa and her family on Trax to get to Temple Square.

The lights are so beautiful, but I also love the nativity scene and the reminder that all this for is in rememberance of Christ's birth.
After seeing the lights my Christmas activities seemed complete I was ready for Christmas to come and have the week after to spend with my family.
